If you have a JOB, or even have a life at all do not send your children to Sarrell's they give you the run around and reschedule your children way out for several situations that do not make sense when you speak to the office manager still no resolution my children have not been seen in almost a year and before the covid it was always issues, they call you a week before your appt and if you dont call bk same day take you off the apt schedule, also the office has rude receptionist think they always have attitudes when asking question even when you go in the office for appt you be standing right in front of the desk wont even greet you properly hand you forms to fill out and tell you bring it back when you done, im so fed up with this clinic they call me end of sept reschedule my children again for 3x titme this year and it suppose be for Oct 12,th i call get my youngest child add to the schedule same day if possible i was told all my children was token due to a new guidelines any child under 5 has wait Nov due to parents have wait out side but i have two children that's 6 and 10 years old why was they removed not only my children have school and i work but why was i notified about these changes so unprofessional i feel sorry for the great dentists that works there im sure im not only one experience this i can understand one or two mistakes but this been going on before the COVID so dont blame the pandemic for this mistakes at this clinic if you desperate go ahead waste your time.
I need to get a wisdom tooth pulled. I do not have insurance currently. I was wondering how much and when is the soonest I could come in? Thank you so much!
