They also accept RIte Care, RIte Share, Medicaid, & Medicare members. BVCHC uses a sliding fee scale to offer medical services for qualified patients who do not have health insurance. Eligibility is based on household income and size. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Two Saturdays per month, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. (September May).
