COFMC dental offers the following services: fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, full dentures, partial dentures, simple cleanings (adult and children), deep cleanings for adults (scaling and root planing), fluoride treatment, root canals, invisalign, and comprehensive orthodontics. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM Call for appointment; walk ins accepted at 7:45 AM and 12:45 PM. If more than 10 minutes late for appointment, patient may be rescheduled for another day. Fees: Accepts Medicare, Sooner Care, Medicaid, insurance; sliding scale Must bring insurance card (private insurance, Medicare, Soonercare, Medicaid), information on all medications being taken, proof of income if using sliding scale.
