Crescent Dental Clinic is available for patients 18 years of age and older.
All services are provided by volunteer dentists, assistants and hygienists.
At the Crescent Community Clinic, an average of 100 dental patients are seen each month for infection control, extractions and cleanings.
You must meet the federal poverty guidelines to be eligible for services at the Crescent Community Clinic.
The Clinic does not prescribe any narcotics.
Once the completed application is received you will be scheduled for an appointment to finalize the application process and at that time you will be given an appointment to see a physician or dentist.

I have thee bottom teeth that must be pulled and a few that broke and must be surgically removed from my bottom jaw so that I can get a bottom denture. I currently have a full top denture.
