Community Assistance Program
The community assistance program is offered to patients of Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center who are underinsured, uninsured, and/or eligible for medical assistance. The program provides support for individuals who are applying for medical assistance programs to care for themselves or their family members. Their professional staff will help patients complete the application process and determine eligibility for ECCHC assistance programs.

I have some teeth that have broken off and no money to have them fixed what are my chances of getting them fixed?
