I have been trying for 4 months to get someone at this place to call me back for an appointment. I have left message after message. I just read the reviews on Yelp and Google, from patients and on indeed.com from current and former employees, etc. After reading countless bad reviews from patients and employees, Langley health services needs to be reported to the AHCA ( Agency for Healthcare Administration) I posted into on how to file a complaint at the bottom. They are receiving assistance via grants and other government programs yet don't use it as they are supposed to. Patients are going untreated and the ones that see a doctor are treated like crap. Patients and employees mention the dental department, general medical department, and the psychiatry department. I feel for anyone that is forced to go here. It's quite obvious the staff is treated like expendable puppets which explains why they don't care about their job. The cause is management, 99% of complaints are regarding abhorrent management who should never have been hired for their roles. The management at both locations needs to be fired. So that new caring people who are desperate for work and want to help people can be hired. That includes the doctors. There are plenty of doctors looking for a job right now. Time to clean house and get back to what this place is meant for —helping people that can't afford insurance.
