The Wellness Tree Community Dental Clinic do not yet have the full dental clinic up and operating! Wellness Tree Community Clinic is looking for partners that would like to help us build a free dental clinic here in South Central Idaho for low-income and uninsured patients. They are looking for financial donations as well as donations of dental equipment, dental material and supplies. An investment in the dental clinic that they are working to build will help bring free dental services to low income people here in Idaho for years and years to come. Provides a dental, medical, chiropractic free clinic for the uninsured. The criteria for acceptance as a clinic patient is that: The prospective patient has little or no health care insurance, Medicaid or Medicare coverage. Financial resources at or below the federal poverty level. He/She is employed or actively seeking employment. Other difficult life situations may be considered. If eligible, the clinic provides free acute/short-term adult medical office visits, eye exams, dental screenings, and limited mental health counseling. The Clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am-4:00 p.m. Patients must call for daytime appointments. Tuesday and Thursday evenings are \"walk in\" clinics. Patients must check in at 5:30 pm. Come early for first come first serve visits (# of patients seen depends on Provider availability). Closed Fridays and Holidays. The prospective patient should call the Clinic Office line at 734-2610, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.,Monday through Thursday, for an interview to determine their eligibility.
