MY EXPERIENCE WITH CASS FAMILY DENTIST WAS NOT GOOD . THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS , THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO ME . I CALLED THEM A FEW DAYS AGO , BECAUSE I HAVE SEVERAL TEETH THAT HURT AND NEED TO BE REMOVED , WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE UNTIL THEY END OF OCTOBER AND I SHOULD JUST CALL DOWAGIAC DENTAL CLINIC . SO I CALLED DOWAGIAC AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE , JUST GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE . IF YOU ARE POOR AN NEED A DENTIST YOU MAY AS WELL THROW CHANGE IN A JAR AND SAVE UP TO SEE A REAL DENTIST THAT TREATS THERE PATIENTS WITH RESPECT . THESE PEOPLE DO NOT . .

I went there to have a new denture and partial made. Dr Hewlett refuses to make a new upper denture for me, stating that I would need to see a specialist and would have to have the skin removed from my gum (in front) and something done to the bone, before a denture would hold. That makes no sense! I totally disagree! I NEED my gum! I AM wearing a denture!
