Response: Your ID and your social security card

I've been to this clinic.I had fillings work. I had a cleaning. I paid based on my income (sliding-scale). The staff was friendly. I waited less than 30 minutes I would recommend them to anyone needing the work done. It can be a challenge to get in but well worth it as the doctors are very very nice people and can make a night and day difference in your life.
