Improve the health status, in all life cycles, of the medically under served individuals of the South Williamsburg community by providing affordable, comprehensive and high quality primary and specialty medical care services, with assurances that no uninsured individual is to be denied care if they are unable to pay. Render care in a dignified, culturally sensitive, barrier free, physically attractive individualized and family centered environment. Assure and promote availability and accessibility to its services. Promote, educate and empower the South Williamsburg community to seek out and obtain the benefits of preventive and routine health care services. Identify and integrate changing health care needs of the community into the current services of ODA Health Center. To work cooperatively with Federal, State and City governments to ensure maximum utilization and benefits to meet the user population's needs.
