We have enrollment assisters who can provide assistance to patients in enrolling in various financial assistance and insurance programs including WellOnes Financial Assistance Program (sliding fee scale program).  Dental Hours:  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.  Tuesday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
