Good morning I had a question if I need to make an appointment to be seen or are you a walking Clinic? I have not been to the dentist in quite some time and I need to get a check-up and I've got some things going on with my teeth and gums.
I was so excited to finally be getting my upper teeth pulled and replaced with dentures. It was a huge step for me. The dentist totally ruined the whole experience for me. Actually he reinforced the reason it took me so long to commit to the process. He butchered up my gum. I feel like he busted my nose because of how rough he was. It's been a month and I still have problems with my nose, front gum and lip all from my nose down. Throbbing and I have a numb sensation as well. He never talked to me as a person. Just asks a question or 2 and then he does what he wants. The nurses constantly seems stressed out by him, he is rude and demanding to his nurses. Makes for a very uncomfortable situation for his patients. So I got a denture that is to big and so off color from my real lower teeth its embarrassing. My 11 yr old grand daughter even said I look old with the denture and I look better without. I went in for 2 adjustments and refuse to go back. The last 1 caused me great anxiety. Never is he on time. The last time my apt was at 3:30 and a lady came in for a filling at 4. They took her 1st and I was left sitting. Then I was made to feel guilty by both the nurse and him. I'm sorry but its not good business to dump back office issues on your patients. Both adjustments were over 2 hrs late getting me to the back and then I had to continue to wait. He would rush in, rush me to tell him exactly where it hurt. Grab my teeth and grind away has the nurse rinse my teeth off and then off he goes out the door. He cuts me off when I try to tell him something. Never has he engaged with me in a kind or compassionate way. Now I'm seeking a place to replace these horrible teeth.
I am wondering if you do dental implants and are they covered on your sliding scale.
Do you do the oral surgery, if required ?
If oral surgery is required, do you all do that right there at your facility ? I go to the COMC at Osage Beach, Mo.
I know why there is no comments here....because there are none worth putting up.
