I am in the same about this woman is. Please share.
I have been trying to schedule an appt as a new patient for nearly a year. Have called every month, no one EVER returns calls, so that is useless. Managed to get a real person once at main clinic, was referred to Liberty clinic, but was told they were not accepting new patients, try back in 2 weeks. Did so, but again no one returned calls. Most of the time got a msg that call bank was full (anytime after 8:30 am), and they would not even allow me to leave a call-back number. What kind of system is this:?!?
I need to make an appointment. I am retired, on fixed income, low income and need complete extraction of all teeth remaining. Most are just pieces and stubs. No ability now to eat any solid food. I am desperate for dental work. I am on Medicare and Aetna Coventry supplemental insurance. I left a message on your answering machine but no one has called back. I need to know what the approximate price would be for oral surgery and Full Plates or implants. Thank you.
