LRHC was designated a Federally Qualifed Health Center (FQHC) in December 2005.   They formally began business operations in June of 2006.  Little Rivers is a not-for-profit, FTCA-deemed organization.   Oral Health/Dental Care - Dental van for children and referrals to local dentists for adults.   Offer a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured and under-insured.   Hours: Monday 7:30 AM till 5:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 AM till 6:00 PM Friday 6:45 AM till 5:00 PM Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (By appointment to patients of all clinics)   Call (802) 222-9317 to schedule an appointment.
