Rainelle Medical Center, Inc. provides dental services and its satellite locations have a system in place to determine eligibility for patient discounts adjusted on the basis of the patients ability to pay, known as their sliding fee discount system. The system provides from up to a full discount down to only a nominal fee to individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 100% of the Federal poverty guidelines. For those with incomes between 100% and 200% of the Federal poverty guidelines, fees are charged in accordance with our sliding fee discount policy based on family size and income. This sliding fee scale is available at all of their sites. No discounts are provided based on income to patients with incomes over 200% of the Federal poverty guidelines. No patient will be denied health care services due to an individuals inability to pay as determined by the billing office for such services by the health center, assuring that any fees or payments required by the center for such services will be reduced or waived down to their nominal fee.
